Bud's Market Intelligence Desk (“the Desk”) is operated by Titan Haven Group LLC through WarRoom Labs. By using the Desk you agree it is a research, education, screening, and hypothetical-tracking product only. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or custody product, and provides no personalized advice or trade execution.

We collect the minimum first-party data needed to operate the Desk (account email, preferences, usage, and follow/verification records). We do not sell behavioral data and do not run ad-platform tracking pixels. Email addresses are stored hashed for suppression purposes.

Founding Member access is $19/month, billed monthly in USD and renewing monthly until canceled. There is no free trial. Cancellation stops your next renewal and your access continues through the current paid period. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.

7-day first-payment guarantee: your first $19 monthly payment is refundable on request within 7 calendar days of the initial charge, limited to one refund per customer or account. Later renewals are non-refundable except where required by law or for duplicate or technical billing errors. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops your next renewal and your access continues through the current paid period, and your research history is retained.

Live stock and ETF quotes are provided by Quotron and shown with that attribution. Historical price inputs and U.S. Treasury data are shown with their source, methodology, observation date, and freshness. Bud's calls, scores, and grades are Bud's own research output.

The Desk does not claim an established predictive edge, guaranteed returns, market-beating performance, or personalized advice. Prospective calls are recorded to immutable receipts and graded transparently, including losses and voids. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

Transactional messages (verification, follow status, corrections, final grades, receipts) are sent because you requested a follow or hold an account. Optional marketing messages require separate, explicit opt-in and can be withdrawn from the preference center at any time.

For support, including refund requests under the 7-day first-payment guarantee, use the contact workflow linked from your account. Refunds within the guarantee window are honored on request (one per customer or account); later renewals are non-refundable except where required by law or for duplicate or technical billing errors. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly. Operator and support actions on your account are audited.

You may request an export of your account data or deletion of your account. Deletion removes personal data subject to records we must retain for legal, security, and anti-abuse purposes (e.g., suppression hashes).
